APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Although Call Home with cloud services has been configured with
    the Storage Insights tenant ID (sitenantid), the storage device
    does not show up in Storage Insights to be approved or declined
    and are not monitored.  There are no notifications for new
    devices and several panels, including "Call Home Storage
    Systems" and "Advisor", display an error like the following.
    
    Oops something went wrong. Refresh the page to attempt to
    reload the data. Reference ID: <reference_id>
