Troubleshooting
Problem
Using an existing model to do an inference fails. Error in the vision-service pod shows a message "Inference failed Inference all failed".
Diagnosing The Problem
Check the vision service pod. The error on inference failure is found:
18:17:51.221 [r-thread-11] ERROR c.WebAPIManager - Inference failed Inference call failed
com.ibm.crl.dlaas.exceptions.server.VInternalServerErrorException: AIVVS0027E: An unexpected error occurred: an internal API call failed to execute.
This error, along with a service (DLE) URL is not found:
18:18:30.415 [r-thread-24] ERROR c.DLAASAuthRequestFilter - UNAUTHORIZED: endpoint='projects'
Resolving The Problem
Undeploy and redeploy the model.
If problem persists, submit a ticket to IBM Support along with the MAS Must Gather Data.
