LFA がイベントを送信しない。

Troubleshooting


Problem

.conf ファイルの先頭に ServerLocation が指定され、正しく指定されているように見えます。
しかし、LFA が指定されたサーバーにイベントを送信しません。

Diagnosing The Problem

トレース "KBB_RAS1=ERROR (UNIT:logmonitor ALL) (UNIT:EIFEmitter ALL) (UNIT:LFAConfig ALL)" を設定すると、以下の内容がログファイルに出力されます。
(xxxxxxxx.nnnn:socket_target.c,462,"legacy_to_target") ServerLocation not specified, using <LFA がインストールされているサーバーの名前>

Resolving The Problem

この事象は .conf ファイルの先頭に BOM (バイト・オーダー・マーク) が付いていることにより生じることがあります。
.conf ファイルの先頭に BOM が付いていないことを確認してください。
