IJ47114: EVERY PLACE MOBILE APPLICATION TIME LOOKUP INITIALIZE WITH WRONG TIME

Error description

• Opening time picker defaults to 5 hour difference.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  
  1)	Log into Maximo
  2)	Go to the Everyplace Technician (Tablet) Application
  3)	Go to the Results tab
  
  4)	In Start Date/Time clikc the Time look up
  5)	The time displayed is off by 5 hours.  This issue happens for
  all mobile time lookups
