Error description

• While executing hipaa_data_compliance.mms, one of the output
  cards generates 'compliance_check_TAck.json' file. When the
  input file (having one/multiple ST-SE) has any SNIP type 2/type
  3 errors, the generated JSON is not in the correct
  format(missing braces"]")".

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  IBM Transformation Extender users using native JSON type tree
  with nested JSON arrays.
  
  Problem Description:
  Invalid native JSON type tree output when empty array iterations
  inside of array iteration.
  
  Platforms Affected:

Problem conclusion

• Prevent invalid outputted JSON when using a native JSON type
  tree and there are empty array iterations inside of an array
  iteration. What would happen is that the JSON syntax would think
   that the array was new instead with a tag instead of repeating.
   It would also tend to be incorrectly 1 level down. Now the
  outputted JSON correctly iterates and is valid.
