Error description

• When using IBM Transformation Extender 10.1.2 map that creates
  JSON output may result in output that is not valid JSON, due to
  one or more missing comma characters (,).  The same map produces
  the correct output in ITX 10.0.3.

  Comma is missing with json output when using classic parser with
  imported JSON template.

Problem conclusion

• Correctly clear empty element flag, so that delimiter appears.
  This error would tend to occur in a nested arrays when an inner
  array evaluated to none and an outer array had data.
