APAR status

Error description

  • A restart may occur when urlopen is passed an improper variable
during url construction, or when passed an incorrectly formatted
 endpoint.

APAR IT41039, released in fix packs 10.5.0.1, 10.0.1.9 and
2018.4.1.22, was not complete and did not resolve all cases of
the reload
