A restart may occur when urlopen is passed an improper variable during url construction, or when passed an incorrectly formatted endpoint. APAR IT41039, released in fix packs 10.5.0.1, 10.0.1.9 and 2018.4.1.22, was not complete and did not resolve all cases of the reload

Problem summary
Datapower might restart when the API Gateway has an Invoke assembly and the call is redirected and takes longer then the timeout.
