Database does not exist error running cp4a-prerequisites.sh script validation with Automation Document Processing

Troubleshooting

Problem

When you run the cp4a-prerequisites.sh script to validate Automation Document Processing PostgreSQL databases, validation fails with the error:
FATAL: database "mydatabase" does not exist

Cause

PostgreSQL database names are case-sensitive and the cp4a-prerequisites.sh validation expects the names to be in lowercase.  If the database name is created with any uppercase characters, validation fails.

Resolving The Problem

When you define PostgreSQL database names during deployment, the database name must have only lowercase characters.
