Troubleshooting
Problem
While the CP4BA Case Event Emitter is running, it fails to properly emit / capture events that are enabled for auditing.
Symptom
When comparing the Audit History event IDs in FileNet Content Engine Administrative Console for Content Engine (ACCE) to the event IDs that are logged in SystemOut.log, some event IDs are missing from the SystemOut.log.
For example, you see the Event ID {50470788-0100-C6B6-BB3F-C71CC7D9BD43} in ACCE:
Looking at the SystemOut.log, Case Event Emitter did not emit this event

Cause
The Case Event Emitter shared library is missing from one or more nodes.
Diagnosing The Problem
Monitor the SystemOut.log of each node when Case Event Emitter is starting up for the following sequence of messages:

Resolving The Problem
1) Identify all of the nodes that are missing this shared library
2) Copy the Shared Library to all of the nodes identified in step 1
