Error description
Problem: The use case is, a user can create a WO and then modify it while offline. This causes issues because the other status changes (such as to APPR) will utilize the device date/time but the creation does not. This means if you create the WO, APPR it, and then record actuals (such as labor/materials), everything you did after creation will fail as the status change to APPR fails with "the status change date cannot be earlier than the date of the last status change". There are other reasons beyond this (such as compliance with proper date reporting) but that is the big use case. Steps: - Login on Mobile - Create a WO at 10 AM for example - Modify the WO and go back online at 11 AM for example - When the WO syncs to Maximo, the created hour will be the sync time. Results: When a workorder is created offline, and then synced to Maximo, the status date of the workorder ends up being the synced date instead of the creation date. Expected result: The status date should be the time created on the device, instead of the time synced to Maximo. Environment Mobile 8.9 and Maximo TPAE 7.6.1.3
