Error description

• The migration process amqoqmig cuts an FDC:

Local fix

• There is no local fix available and not needed.
  The migration fails and "status migrate" does not show any
  information in runnscnf.
  

Problem summary

• runnscnf does not check the type of a queue to be migrated and
  may for example attempt to migrate remote queues.
  MQ uses interfaces for queue file migration which are not
  allowed for non local queues and fails with the seen FFST.
  This can happen as of release 8.1.0.12.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been changed to check the file type of the queue
  to be migrated.
  An error message will be displayed and the queue will be skipped
  from the list of queues to be migrated if it is of non
  migrateable type.

Temporary fix

• The user can check the name pattern used for
  "class QueuePattern" in runnscnf and make sure only local queues
  match that pattern.
