  DESCRIPTION:
  
  When Object Compare generates ALTER TABLESPACE PAGENUM RELATIVE
  for PBR tablespace along with SEGSIZE change, REORG is
  incorrectly generated. The correct WSL should have 2 ALTERs and
  then REORG.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When Object Compare changes a table     *
  *                      space PAGENUM attribute to RELATIVE     *
  *                      along with another pending change, a    *
  *                      REORG utility operation might be        *
  *                      generated incorrectly.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  A PAGENUM alter operation can be stacked with other pending
  changes. However, Object Compare might generate an unnecessary
  REORG operation or place a REORG statement between the ALTER
  statements. This fix optimizes REORG generation for a PAGENUM
  change.
