Problem
QCI 3.6.1.4
Issue where user logs into the QCI Admin console, the QCI tasks load, but after a couple of seconds the Admin Console crashes.
The QCI server still runs and scheduled synchs run but no user is able to login to the QCI Admin Console for this QCI Server.
In the crash log generated there is an "out of range" error
Symptom
The QCI Admin Console cannot load the synch tasks for this QCI server.
Cause
Cause:
There is an invalid or corrupt date in the tdadmindata.xml file that the Admin Console cannot read and causes the crash.
Environment
Windows.
Diagnosing The Problem

Resolving The Problem
Fix:
Stop the default website in IIS
Stop the IBM Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface Synchronization Timer service in Services
Navigate to the tdadmindata.xml:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DOORSTDIServices\Mappings
Change the following entry for all synch tasks:
<isSchedulingEnabled>true</isSchedulingEnabled>
To
<isSchedulingEnabled>false</isSchedulingEnabled>
Start the default web site in IIS
Start the IBM Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface Synchronization Timer service in Services.
Login to the QCI Admin Console and it should load successfully.
