  compare error. Reason is: DBD changed to PDB" when IMS version
  of a DBD is 2.2 or earlier

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  When IMS version of an index DBD is 2.2 or earlier, the value
  of ADBDXTAB in the DBD member is zero.
  The process for NEWDBD did not check whether the value is zero
  or not. The error message HRF01137E was issued because the check
  was missed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed so that the process for NEWDBD checks
  whether the value of ADBDXTAB is zero or not.
