APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Local appliance users or LDAP users with group defined access
might not be able to perform certain actions under top level
directories in the IBM MQ Console.
Regardless of the access granted, actions under all top level
directories are greyed out if logged in with a Group defined
user account. Directories one level down such as local://myDir
    are not impacted.

Local fix

  • Use the privileged user or use CLI mkdir, copy commands.
