  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR introduces an enhancement so  *
  *                      that users can use Change Management    *
  *                      (CM) batch to compare DDL to DDL. The   *
  *                      results of this comparison are shown in *
  *                      the REPORT data set.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  Users can use CM batch to compare DDL to DDL by using a new
  value for the existing CM batch parameter TARGET_TYPE. The new
  value is DDL:
  
  TARGET_TYPE
  
  Values:
  
  DDL
  
  The target is DDL. You can use the compare target input file
  (TGTIN DD) or the TARGET_DSN parameter to specify a data
  set that contains the DDL. If the TARGET_DSN parameter is
  not specified, the compare target input file (TGTIN DD) must
  be pre-allocated.
  
  Attention: If the target DDL that is specified does not match
  the DDL in the Db2 database, problems might occur when
  running the resultant change. Therefore, consider using
  this option only when comparing DDL to DDL
  (TARGET_TYPE='DDL' and SOURCE_TYPE='DDL').
  
  If the user specifies TARGET_TYPE = 'DDL' and SOURCE_TYPE
  as something other than 'DDL', the existing error message
  ADB9723E is issued, as the two parameter values are mutually
  exclusive.
