What does it mean the error in E-mail Processing tab: Person does not exist or person is inactive for sender XXX for address XXX on mail server outlook.office365.com after you configure E-mail Listener with Oauth?

Answer

This error is related to the e-mail sender that is not a person already created in Maximo. In order to solve this issue, go to Users application and create a record with this e-mail sender.
