Problem
User is unable to log in to Planning Analytics for Excel. A script error is encountered, indicating an expected character of ';'.
Symptom
Resolving The Problem
- This particular problem had been resolved after a reinstall of Microsoft Excel
- This indicates that the problem is localized to the client/user PC
- Attempts at clearing cache did not help
- Browser / Excel / Registry settings reviewed did not yield any direct cause
- If urgent and able, a reinstall of Microsoft Excel is suggested
- Otherwise, a comparison needs to be made between a working PC and one that does not work
