Error description

• When restores of Oracle DBs are done to the same name or paths
  as the source, the 'parallel streams' setting specified in the
  Spectrum Protect Plus GUI is used to configure the number of
  parallel RMAN channels.
  
  
  When restores of Oracle DBs are done to a different name or
  paths as the source, RMAN is not used. Also, when sessions are
  created by copying the data directly without RMAN, the 'parallel
  streams' setting specified in the Spectrum Protect Plus GUI is
  not recognized.

Problem conclusion

• Made enhancements to support parallel streams for restore of
  Oracle databases to a new name and to a different path.
  After applying the fix restore will use the specified number of
  parallel streams and that will resolve the slow restore of large
  databases.
