Problem conclusion

• The note about the removal appears in the "New and Changed
  Features", but should been mentoined in the deprecated features
  as well. I've now added it to the deprecated section and cross
  referenced the original topic. This update is on the test server
  currently and will be pushed to production the next time that we
  refresh the production docs server.
