Error description

  • Problem Description
    The automatic filling of the WORKORDER.LEAD field using the
    person group is done as follows:
    
    -If in the person group, everyone has a calendar, it takes the
    default person (normal behavior without any problem)
    
    -If in the person group, someone does not have a calendar, it
    takes the first person (the first sequence) who does not have
    one.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    .GO TO >> ADMINISTRATION >> RESOURCES >> PEOPLE
    .Create 3 new person record
    
    Person: TEST1
    First Name: TEST1
    
    Person: TEST2
    First Name: TEST2
    
    Person: TEST3
    First Name: TEST3
    
    
    .GO TO >> ADMINISTRATION >> RESOURCES >> PERSON GROUPS
    .Create a new person group
    .Enter a description
    .In People section, add all tree person you had created
    TEST1,group default=0,sequence=10
    TEST2,group default=0,sequence=20
    TEST3,group default=1,sequence=30
    
    .GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
    .Create a new work order
    .In the main tab, in Responsibility section, enter in work group
    field the person group you had created previously
    
    RESULTS:
    
    Lead is not getting populated with the default person in the
    group.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    
    User expects to get the default person in the group as Lead in
    the work order application even if the person has no calendar
    linked.
    
    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
