IJ46578: BLUE SPINNING WHEEL WHEN CLICK ON THE INFO ICON IN MANAGE INSPECTION FORMS APPLICATION

Error description

• Problem Description:
  When in Manage Inspection Forms on newly created or revised
  inspection form, clicked on the 'i' (information icon) and get a
  blue spinning circle.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  
  1. Log into Maximo > Planing > Manage Inspection Forms
  2. In Work Center > Manage Inspection Forms
  3. Click Create form
  4. Name spinning info button
  5. Select a form type > Inspection
  6. Click Add Question button
  7. Question testing the information button
  8. Left hand side menu > Selectable responses > Single choice
  9. Description when you click the information icon does it spin
  10. 1.Yes 2. No
  11. Change Require action to Yes
  12. Click Done and then Save (form 1016)
  13. Make the Status Active
  14. Click to back Form Library
  15. Inspection Form Library, click 1016
  16. Click Create revision
  17. At the end of the line the "i" icon, click the icon and
  there is a blue spinning circle
  
  Results: When you click on 'i' there is just a blue spinning
  wheel for a couple of seconds
  
  Expected Results: When you click on the 'i' the text box is
  displayed
