    User will not be able to create a next purchase contract
    revision, if the previous revision is in a custom status of
    canceled (CAN) and this status is not set up as default in
    domain status.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    .GO TO >> SYSTEM CONFIGURATION >> PLATFORM CONFIGURATION >>
    DOMAINS
    .Bring up CONTRACTSTATUS
    .Click New Row
    .Internal value: CAN
    .Value: CAN2
    .Description: Canceled Custom
    .Click OK
    
    .GO TO >> CONTRACTS >> PURCHASE CONTRACTS
    .Create a new contract
    .Company: [enter any company]
    .MORE ACTIONS >> AUTHORIZE SITES
    .Click in 'Select Sites' button
    .Select BEDFORD from EAGLENA organization
    .Click OK
    .MORE ACTIONS >> REVISE CONTRACT
    .Revision 1 to contract is generated
    .COMMON ACTIONS >> CHANGE STATUS
    .Select 'Canceled Custom'
    .Click OK
    .Now there are two contract records, revision 0 in APPR status
    and revision 1 in CAN2 status.
    .Open contract to revision 0
    .MORE ACTIONS >> REVISE CONTRACT
    
    RESULTS: BMXAA0802E - Revision 1 has already been created from
    this contract.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:   User expects to generate a new revision.
