APAR status

Error description

  • If the Assembly Count Limit Policy flag CacheOnly is off and the
    Gateway Peering object for rate limits is down then the API call
    may hang indefinitively.
    

Local fix

  • Enabled the CacheOnly flag.
    

Problem summary

  • API request is hanging when count limit policy does not match.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Fix is available in 2018.4.1.26, 10.0.1.13, and 10.5.0.5.
