Error description

• MQOPEN returns 2189 MQRC_CLUSTER_RESOLUTION_ERROR for a queue
  that is not known in the cluster.
  
  The Full Repository queue managers are functioning correctly and
  all channels to and from the Full Repository queue managers are
  functioning correctly.
  
  The correct return code in this case would be 2085
  MQRC_UNKNOWN_OBJECT_NAME.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  Users who try to put a message to a queue that does not exist
  locally or on another cluster queue manager.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  There was a logic error in the routine that checks for the
  status of the information received from the Full Repository
  queue managers.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM MQ code has been corrected so that the logic error no
  longer exists in the code that checks for the status of the
  information received from the Full Repository queue managers.
  As a result, the correct return code of 2085
  MQRC_UNKNOWN_OBJECT_NAME is returned in this scenario.
