Error description

• Customer has a dashboard which contains a line and column chart,
  and have enabled value labels for lines to display the value of
  each point for line graphs. They are finding that in scenarios
  where points for two lines are close together, the circle for a
  point on a line will cover value labels of another line. The
  label would not be readable.
