    a) Inventory Options > Inventory Defaults.
. Automatically create usage documents for new reservations: No
    . Allow Negative Balance: Yes
. Allow Negative Available Balance: Yes

    b) Work Order Options > Other Organization Options:
Ignore storeroom availability for work order status: No

    c) Work Order Options > Edit Rules:
For WMATL status, edit WP Materials: Yes

    Steps:

    1. Go to Item Master application.

    2. Create a new Item record ITEMZ with both Order and Issue
    Units = EACH.

    3. Change ITEMZ record status to ACTIVE, selecting the option
"Roll New Status to Organizations and Inventory?".

    4. Add ITEMZ to CENTRAL Storeroom, with the following info:
    Unit Cost: 1.00
    Default Bin: BIN1
    Current Balance: zero

    5. Go to Inventory application.

    6. Bring up ITEMZ record to the screen. Scroll-down until
Inventory Balances section. Click on New Row button and accept
the default values. In the Bin field, type BIN1. Save the
    record.

    7. Go to WO Tracking application.

    8. Create a new WO record against any valid GL Account. Save the
WO and take note of its number.

    9. Go to Plans tab > Materials sub-tab. Add 2 new lines as the
    following:
Line 1, Item: ITEMZ, Storeroom: CENTRAL, Quantity: 6.00
Line 2, Item: ITEMZ, Storeroom: CENTRAL, Quantity: 10.00

    10. Save and approve the WO.

    11. Go to Inventory Usage application.

    12. From More Actions Menu, select Add/Modify Reservations.

    13. In the Add/Modify Reservations dialog, filter by the WO
number. Note that the corresponding Reservations have been
correctly created. Take note of the Reservation numbers.
Note: In this example, the Reservation numbers are:
    . Reservation of Quantity 6.00: #2165
    . Reservation of Quantity 10.00: #2166

    14. Create an Inventory Usage and issue the Reservation of
Quantity 6.00, following the steps below:
14.1. Click on New Inventory Usage icon.
    14.2. Usage Type: ISSUE
    14.3. From Storeroom: CENTRAL
14.4. Click on Select Reserved Items button.
14.5. In the Select Reserved Items dialog, filter by the WO
    number.
14.6. Select the line with Quantity 6.00 and click OK.
    14.7. Save the record.

    15. Change the Inventory Usage status to Complete, following the
    steps below:
15.1. From Common Actions menu, select Change Status to
    Complete.
15.2. In the Change Status dialog, select new status Complete
    and click OK.
15.3. In the Split Usage Quantity dialog, click on New Row
    button.
15.4. Enter the following info and click OK:
    . From Bin: BIN1
    . Quantity: 6.00

    16. Still in Inventory Usage application, from More Actions
    Menu, select Add/Modify Reservations.

    17. In the Add/Modify Reservations dialog, filter by the WO
number. Note that the Reservation of Quantity 6.00 (in this
example, Reservation #2480) has been correctly deleted, since
all that reserved quantity was issued out.

    18. Go to WO Tracking application.

    19. Bring up the WO record in question.

    20. Go to Actuals tab > Materials sub-tab. Note that the WO
correctly shows up an actual of Quantity 6.00.

    21. Go to Plans tab > Materials sub-tab.

    22. Change the Quantity on Line 2 from 10.00 to 7.00.

    23. Save the WO.

    RESULTS:
Using the Inventory Usage application > Add/Modify Reservations
dialog, note that the Reservation of Quantity 10.00 has been
deleted (in this example, Reservation #2166) and a new
reservation was created with Quantity 1.00 (Reservation #2167).
    This is the issue.

    EXPECTED RESULTS:
Reservation of Quantity 10.00 is deleted and a new reservation
of Quantity 7.00 should be created.
