Error description

• Problem:
  In 7.6.1.3 and Manage 8.4 a new system property,
  mxe.app.inventor.ignoreAssetLocMismatch, was added which
  controls whether or not the item/location rule is bypassed in a
  material issue. The default value should be 1. This property is
  not getting added during install/upgrade.
  
  Workaround:
  Manually add the property.
