     SYSPROC.DSNAHVPM and eliminate SYSADM authority
  6. Fix the issue of Workload Access Path Comparison API to
     remove the unnecessary internal jobs
  7. Fix the issue of VE with RGLIST access type for Db2 13 for
     z/OS
