Problem

Dragging a folder in the workspace produces the error 'The content cannot be displayed on the current web browser. Try using another Web Browser'. A report can be dragged into the workspace with no error. The error happens only with folders. 
Error

Symptom

From the Dispatcher URI, both a folder and a report can be dragged into the workspace without any problem. The issue happens only with the Gateway URI or any redirected Cognos log in URI. 

Resolving The Problem

From IIS, go to the Application Pool for Cognos, then Basic Setting. Change Managed Pipeline Method from "Integrated" to "Classic".

Once done, restart IIS and test again.
