Error description

• Issues addressed:
  1) CICS hangs when AGMU traces is on
  2) AGMAD65W message written to system log
  3) Handle MQ shutdown to free unused entries
  4) HTTP ingress from nginx updates
  5) Handle MQ queue property PROPCTL=COMPAT for Instana
  6) Cleanup zAPM control blocks when  CICS is shutdown without
  AGMU STOP being issued. Error message AGMP1044E RCODE=19 when
  zAPM proc terminates without issuing AGMU,STOP command first.

  *                      the initialization of additional MQ     *
  *                      subsystems.                             *

  *                      context for HTTP calls into CICS.       *

  *                      PROPCTL=COMPAT for Instana              *
  *                      6) Cleanup zAPM control blocks when     *
  *                      CICS is shutdown without AGMU STOP      *
  *                      being issued.                           *

  Container should print AGMAD65W Lost connection
  message to SYSLOG so customers can automate an action based
  on the message.
  
  AGMQ TERM should be done automatically when MQ
  goes down.
  
  Container's AGMA STATUS ALL command displays incorrect number of
  connected address spaces.  This was caused by incorrect cleanup
  during CICS shutdown.
  
  Support for Instana proprietary trace context in the CICS data
  collector is required.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to resolve the above problems.
