Problem
When you are testing a model in Automation Document Processing, the address information field in the sys library (sys:AddressInformation) does not extract the subfields other than the Postal Mail Address. The extraction failure occurs even when the subfield zones are defined in the training documents.
Cause
The Address Information datatype requires SystemT extractors to locate the subfields. However, SystemT extraction is not yet available in Automation Document Processing in version 22.0.2.
Resolving The Problem
Do not use the Address Information datatype when you are defining KVPs in 22.0.2. Instead, define separate key value pairs (KVPs) for the fields that need to be extracted.
