Error description

• Consumers not being driven after PH37062
  Users describe MDB PAUSE condition (e.g. in WAS environments)
  Typically, WAS activation specification connects OK after a
  PAUSE/RESUME of the A.S. This is following by a period of
  normally processing messages, followed by no further messages
  being consumed by the WAS side. Subsequent TCP disconnection
  may also occur. Reactivating the A.S. circumvents the symptom
  temporarily.

Problem conclusion

• The PH37062 fix is extended to cover the case where a further
  ECB is posted and added to the end of the EVENTs table while
  csqxacno is already part-way through end-of-table processing.
