Scheduler applications, are not sorted alphabetically. The list
should be sorted based on the value in the RSNCODE domain.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to Graphical Work Week
2. Open any record
3. Open the Reason Code list

RESULT:

Reason Code list is not sorted alphabetically
