Error description

• The Resource Section of the Graphical Scheduling application
  does not open.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1) Create a Graphical Scheduler Record called SCHEDULER
  
  2) Setup Calendar/Shift and a Work Order Query
  
  3) Using a DB tool to update the SKPROJECTID to the number 1000
  - Example:
  
  UPDATE SKDPROJECT SET SKDPROJECTID =1000 WHERE
  NAME='SCHEDULER';
  
  4) Open the Graphical View, the resource section at the bottom
  of the page will not open and display.
  
  Expected Results:
  
  That it would have opened as needed.
