IT41525: REST API parameter ibm-mq-usr is not an option in the rest API version 3 discovery feature

Error description

• The REST API parameter ibm-mq-usr which refers to the request
  message user-defined properties is unavailable through the API
  Discovery Feature and unable to generate example calls to make
  use of this with the REST API v3 sections for Queue & Topic.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The issue is with the REST API discovery feature not providing
  the ability to specify user-defined(ibm-mq-usr) message
  properties for Queue or Topic POST operation for the REST API
  version 3.
  

Problem conclusion

• The REST API Discovery has been updated to include the
  ibm-mq-usr parameter to the messaging POST v3 section for the
  Queue & Topic sections, that was added to REST API Version 3.
