• HOD 14.0.5 - Issue with deploying a server macro library to a
  Web server. Documentation issue
  
  A text file will be in readable form in utf-8 or ASCII. However
  when changing the format to some other encoding, it is not
  readable.
  This needs to be remediated and the documentation updated.

  Server macro libraries allow the administrator to create and
  maintain a central repository of macros for users to access from
  their Host On-Demand sessions.
  
  If server macro file encoding is other than ASCII or UTF-8, it
  cannot read the text file, and it fails to list the available
  macro list to users.
  

Problem conclusion

• Knowledge Center Documentation changes have been made to specify
  text file encoding must be ASCII or UTF-8
