Abstract

On 28 February 2023, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fix 005. As with all interim fixes, it is cumulative. In addition to the new fixes listed here, all fixes from earlier interim fix releases for this Feature Pack are included.

IJ45084 Person Groups Assignment cannot be made for Role with Person Group whose members are all off shift. When Person Group default is used, a Null Pointer Exception error occurs.
IJ40523 Inspection A user can enter 256 characters in the text response field on Inspection Form even though the field length in the database is 250. Extra characters are discarded upon Save.
IJ44866 Integration Querying LBSLOCATION object by using the REST API results in a browser error 500.
IJ42694 Integration Setting Boolean fields in the custom user exit script is incorrectly setting fields to 1/0 instead of true/false in JSON Format.
IJ44967 Inspection Revising an inspection form results in the errors BMXAA7135E - "The Boolean value of INSPECTIONFORM.ENABLEREVIEW cannot be retrieved" and BMXAA4118I - "The Boolean field is blank and requires a value.".
IJ44863 Manage Inventory In the Manage Inventory Work Center, the "Actual Date" used when an item is issued is not interpreted according to user locale.
IJ44700 Graphical Scheduling Slow response time creating a new schedule or by using the "Refresh Schedule" button within Graphical Scheduler.
IJ44689 Integration NullPointerException encountered in psdi.iface.router.ScriptHTTPReq when byte data is null.
DT179217 Meters In Maximo Mobile, entering a meter reading, then clicking Pause/Stop on Labor Recording after results in error "BMXAA1339E - Missing key value for key LABORCODE.".
IJ43361 Invoices Quantity on Credit Invoice Line not accepting a negative value.
IJ41198 Assets Returning a Rotating Item/Asset from an Inventory type location results in error BMXAA00191 - "The To Parent field is either read only or part of the primary key. You cannot edit this field.".
IJ44630 System UI Attachments cannot be added to a Maximo Application when the "Is Mobile?" flag is set.
IJ40107 Inventory usage The Inventory Usage description created by a Work Order is not translated in the secondary language.

IJ42455 System UI Changing the font color in Bulletin Board displays html code.
IJ42757 Preventive maintenance When a Job Plan (JP) has two or more tasks with associated Labor and the JP is added to a PM, the PM WO generation does not change Task Work Order statuses, generating the message BMXAA3208I and error. BMXAA4590E.
IJ40121 Linear Assets In the Assets application, clicking "Go To Features" for a Linear Asset does not always find the Feature with the same name.
IJ32109 Graphical Scheduling In Graphical Scheduling, filtering resources a second time causes Work Orders records not to display.
IJ40691 Work Order Tracking Setting the system property mxe.app.workorder.StatusToCreateInspection global value to APPR causes the Inspection Form field to be EDITABLE on the Work Order but READONLY in the Multiple, Assets, Locations, and CIs table row.

All Maximo Integration Framework fixes are incorporated into Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2 interim fixes.

IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4 use Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2. Apply interim fixes for Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2 to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4.
IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5 uses Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3. This interim fix can be applied to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5.
