  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A new version for some third party packages embedded in MQ are
  available, and updated in February CSU: 9.0.0.16
  

Problem conclusion

• The following updates are included in this APAR :
  
  - zlib is updated to 1.2.13
  - Libcurl is updated to 7.87.0
  - OpenSSL for IBMi is updated to 1.1.1q
