• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Cloud object storage(incremental)
  backup with retention of two snapshots triggers full backup in
  cloud due to maintenance job deletes one snapshot, it stops

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.11 and later, a bug existed where
  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus would perform a base backup after
  maintenance removed one of the two existing cloud snapshots
  (when only two cloud snapshots were present before maintenance
  was run). This bug has been fixed in IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  10.1.16.2 and 10.1.17.
