Error description
Problem Description: Inventory - incorrect results when an item has an existing staged balance and a physical count is performed and new inventory usage staged balance is created and then perform inventory reconcile balances shows incorrect current balances. Steps to reproduce: Scenario #1 1) Go To Inventory application Filter Item: 0-0048, select Storeroom: PKG 2) Check to see if there is an existing Staged Balance Current Balance: 60 Current staged balance of 2 3) Perform Physical Count > select Inventory adjustments > Physical count adjustment = 70 4) Go to Inventory Usage app a) create an inventory usage record Usage Type = ISSUE Storeroom = PKG Usage Lines > click "new row" Line Item > Item: 0-0048 > Quantity = 1 Charge Information > Workorder select 1002 > save Change Status: Staged > "Use the default stage bin for each inventory item" is checked 5) Go back to inventory > select item: 0-0048 take note: inventory balances staged balance is now 3, 2 from the existing staged balance, plus the new current staged balance of 1 Note: inventory current balance is now 59 6) Select inventory adjustments > Reconcile balance current balance is now 70 - this is wrong current balance should be 67 because there are 3 staged (70 - 3 = 67) Results: Current balance 70, should be current balance of 67 after the reconcile balances has been performed. Expected Results: Current balance should be 67, after inventory Reconcile Balances performed. Scenario #2 1) Go To Inventory application Filter Item: 0-0514, select Storeroom: CENTRAL Default Bin: C-4-2 Default Stage Bin A-B 2) Check to see if there is an existing Staged Balance Bin A-B: Staged Balance: 2 Bin C-4-2: Current Balance: 20 3) Perform Physical Count > select Inventory adjustments > Physical count adjustment = 15 4) Go to Inventory Usage app a) create an inventory usage record Usage Type = ISSUE Storeroom = CENTRAL Usage Lines > click "new row" Line Item > Item: 0-0514 > Quantity = 1 Charge Information > Workorder select 1002 > save Change Status: Staged > "Use the default stage bin for each inventory item" is checked 5) Go back to inventory > select item: 0-0514 take note: inventory balances staged balance is now 3 > 2 from the existing staged balance, plus the new current staged balance of 1 Note: inventory current balance is now 19 Bin A-B: Staged Balance: 3 Bin C-4-2: Current Balance: 19 6) Select inventory adjustments > Reconcile balance current balance is now 15 - this is wrong current balance should be 12 because there are 3 staged (15 - 3 = 12) Bin A-B: Staged Balance: 3 Bin C-4-2: Current Balance: 15 Results: Current balance 15, should be current balance of 12 after the reconcile balances has been performed.
