  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Object Compare generates a redundant    *
  *                      change for the COMPRESS attribute of a  *
  *                      LOB table space, when no change exists. *

  If the target LOB table space has an explicit or implicit
  COMPRESS NO attribute while the source LOB has an explicit
  COMPRESS NO attribute, Object Compare incorrectly reports that
  COMPRESS changed from NO to NO.
