Error description
When a keymanager fails to initialize the error returned comes f the JDK and it's not very descriptive. This change will wrap th JDK error in more meaningful message and logs it in System out.

When the KeyManager fails to load a SSLContext can not be created.
Problem conclusion
Modified the code to record a message in the logs when a KeyMana fails to load and to state the SSLContent will not be created. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.23 and 9.0.5.15.
