PH52283: DO NOT ALLOW TO START A SECOND HLO STC WITH SAME SSID AS PRIMARY.

APAR status

Error description

• When a Loader started task is running and a second Loader
  started task is started with same DB2_SSID as primary and if
  this SSID is not listed in the started task policy then we now
  have more than one started task up and running with the same
  primary and causing Loader batch job hangs.
  With this APAR: When there is a Loader started task running, do
  not allow a second Loader started task to be started on the same
  LPAR with the same DB2_SSID (as primary) specified on the
  options file of the Loader started task. The second Loader
  started task will terminate with the following message:
  HLOS0241E........DSNUTILB interception for DB2 SSID=<ssid> is
  currently primary for ID=<HLO ID>
