  • ERROR DESCRIPTION:
    
    Advanced Search Date Field Resets in Service requests
    application for Spanish local Users
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    
    1. Set Language as ES Spanish and the locale as es_MX
    Spanish (Mexico) in your Env. for one of the users ie: maxadmin
    2.Then logout and login again as the same user
    3. Go to Service Request application
    4. Click on Advanced Search
    5. In the Reported Date field , Select the Calendar in the From
    Field and Select Dec. 2 11:00AM and Accept
    6.Then go to the TO field and Enter Dec. 26 11:45AM, notice that
    when you select the time, the FROM and TO fields are cleared
    
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULTS:
    
    
    User cannot enter both start and end date in Advanced search
    of the Service Request and
    search because the fields are cleared
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    
    
    User should be able to enter both start and end date in
    Advanced search of the Service Request and
    search the result.
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No
