Error description

• Problem Description:
  The error occurs in environments with Spatial, after upgrading
  to Maximo 7.6.1.3.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Go to Work Order Tracking application.
  
  2. Create a new WO against any Asset or Location.
  
  3. Save the WO.
  
  4. Try to close the WO.
  
  RESULTS:
  At this point, the system throws the error "BMXAA0031E - The
  WORKORDER object is read only. Verify the business rules for the
  MBO or MBOSET object.".
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  No error while trying to close the WO.
