Error description

• Admin Tool:  BIND COPY of package with mixed-case name
  changed to upper case
  
  
  
  
  DESCRIPTION:  The BIND COPY function on packages changes the
  package name to upper case. This should be delivered in lower
  case. This works fine for the line commands F and RB.

  *                      generated statement.                    *

  The generated BIND statement from the BIND COPY panel
  includes the package name in uppercase, even when specified
  as a lowercase name.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved, and the package name
  is output in lowercase correctly.
