Error description
Managing data collectors - https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/storage-insights?topic=configuring-m anaging-data-collectors "Deployment planning" section, in the Large environments, currently this page has no info about monitoring switches or VMware environments, and the only consideration is the storage subsystems and volumes monitored. As the same best practice requirements of "1 collector for up to 25 devices" applies for storage or switches or VMware "Large" environments should be defined as 25+ devices of any kind -- including storage devices + switches + VMware monitored The Storage Insights documentation should be modify as follow: If your organization uses more than 25 devices, counting storage, VMware, and switches, or your devices have more than 50,000 volumes, then your environment is considered "large". The best practice for large environments is to deploy one data collector for every 25 devices that you want to monitor. In large environments, you must provide 2 CPU with at least 4 GB of RAM and 4 GB of disk space on top of the OS requirements for the server or virtual machine where the data collector is deployed.
