IT42934: STORAGE SYSTEM CONDITION DOES NOT REFLECT STATUS ERROR FROM INTERNAL RESOURCE (DRIVE)

Error description

• Looking at the operations dashboard in Storage Insights, the
  condition value for some devices is incorrect.  An example is a
  storage system that shows green in the operations view, but if
  you look at components it has a disk that is red (offline).  The
  condition of the array should reflect the status of its
  components and should be red also, to indicate an underlying
  error.  The same type of discrepancy can be seen in Resources >
  Block Storage.
