Error description

• Possible ALAA073E error during the row decompression, when the
  tool picks up an incorrect dictionary after the ALTER TABLESPACE
  DSSIZE modification. The issue may occur if there were no
  changes in the dictionary before the ALTER. The tool was
  incorrectly obtaining partition number from the absolute page.
  The APAR corrects the process of dictionary selection in this
  situation.
